In an enchanting setting, far from all distractions, Le Fer à Cheval ranch offers a safe setting in the company of Colette and Fiohna, our magnificent Friesians reputed to be among the most beautiful and tender horses in the world.
Join us as we explore how to transform your relationship with horses and enrich your interactions with others in your daily life.
In this first workshop, we invite you to go and meet yourself.
Through the psychology and behavior of the horse, you will understand the defense mechanisms against fear, you will discover the difference between firmness and severity.
We will cover the 5 essential principles of equine leadership: Empathy, Love, Respect, Consistency and Direction. These principles, rooted in nonviolent communication, will provide you with valuable tools to build a relationship based on mutual understanding and deep respect.
